Summer time isn’t complete without a tasty cocktail.
This tasty treat also comes with the added health benefits of oils!
15-20 mint leaves
1 ½ cups coconut water
¾ cup pineapple juice
4 oz. rum
1-2 tsp raw honey
6 drops Lime essential oil or juice of 1-2 fresh limes
- Split mint leaves into 2 glasses
- Muddle the mint.
- Add ice
- Add other ingredients to the cocktail shaker
- Shake well and pour mixture into glasses
- Garnish with lime wedges
