Pineapple Mojito

Summer time isn’t complete without a tasty cocktail.

This tasty treat also comes with the added health benefits of oils!


15-20 mint leaves

1 ½ cups coconut water

¾ cup pineapple juice

4 oz. rum

1-2 tsp raw honey

6 drops Lime essential oil or juice of 1-2 fresh limes


  1. Split mint leaves into 2 glasses
  2. Muddle the mint.
  3. Add ice
  4. Add other ingredients to the cocktail shaker
  5. Shake well and pour mixture into glasses
  6. Garnish with lime wedges
