I love cooking with essential oils and getting the therapeutic benefits at the same time! Wild Orange is probably one of my favorite ingredients, and it is dynamic in the health support benefits it offers. If you have ever peeled an orange, and you see (and smell) oils bouncing off the surface, you have experienced the fruit’s essential oil.
Wild Orange has supports a healthy immune function and helps maintain a good mood. Here is a recipe for a healthy and refreshing Summer snack:
Wild Orange Yogurt with Fruit
1 Pint regular yogurt
2 Tbs honey
2-3 drops Wild Orange essential oil
Serve in a bowl with organic, washed, cut up strawberries and blueberries
